Free chiropractic treatment. As a whole I enjoyed my job role and was really good at it but I just didn’t like the company.
Cons
Felt like new tasks were added to your role pretty much weekly with no pay increase to reflect this. Feel like the job wasn’t what I expected from what is advertised. Absolutely no progression whatsoever, just more responsibility for the same pay. No perks to the job other than free chiropractic which is easy to offer as it’s a service and not goods. Low wages given the nature of the job - supermarkets pay more. High staff turnover. Unreasonably long notice period once passed probation. Extremely unnecessarily strict standards of customer service e.g. you cant say “how are you?” to a patient and every conversation is expected to lead to referrals or reviews. Makes it so hard to connect with the patients which ultimately leads to a good experience. I totally ignored this and that lead to me having an excellent professional but approachable and warm relationship with patients. Worst of all, no sick pay!!!
