Remote Work and good insurance.

Cons

Management frequently lacked transparency with both the sales staff and customers which created an environment where trust was difficult to maintain. There were also noticeable inconsistencies in how different Account Executives were treated and how policies were applied to favor one person to another. Do not work her if you are looking for longevity.

Pros

Had some decent people trying to provide quality service and take care of customers in spite of C-Level greed and desperation.

Cons

Customers hit with routine rate increases that impacted the most loyal customers who were with them for years and hit hardest by rate increases. Frequent lengthy service outages including outages resulting from WiLine non-payment to underlying service providers. Desperation from greedy C-Level folks who found themselves having to cover revenue loss from long-term customers who were on auto pay, and then started asking why their bills were more than double the original contracted rate.
