Pros

There are no pros to speak of.

Cons

This company is toxic from the top to the bottom. Barely anyone in the company is happy. Everyone feels stuck due to the pandemic. No one feels strong enough to speak up because leadership creates an environment that promotes fear. Everyone is afraid to say anything about how bad it is for fear of their job. If you speak up, you're fired. If you stand by and are a good soldier, you get to keep your job and you should be happy because of it. BECAUSE YOU'RE LUCKY TO HAVE A JOB! Leaders in the company are misguided and confused as to the direction of the company. They speak of wanting to build an amazing culture but its a joke. Barely anyone in the company abides by the values. Humble? Yeah right! Ownership? Only when they feel like it. They try and hold everyone accountable when and only when it suits them. Otherwise they stand by and allow everyone around them to bicker and fight and feed into the Toxicity that is WILD FORK FOODS. If you are looking for a company with an amazing environment then you are looking in the wrong place. Steer very clear of this company if that is something you value. It seems all warm and fuzzy during the extensive interview process but it crashes and burns quicker than you could imagine. DO NOT believe the false pretenses they feed you in the interview, you will thank me later.

Pros

This is a great company with a strong team oriented culture. Management is approachable, and employees are given the tools and support needed to succeed. It’s a positive environment where hard work is recognized, and there are opportunities to develop new skills. Overall it’s a great job and a great company to work for.

Cons

Every company has minor issues, and this one is no different, but overall the positives far outweigh the small challenges.

Pros

I loved most of the people I worked with. We got free food to take home every month.

Cons

Zero leadership from the manager, although I heard she dipped without notifying her team, which is not surprising at all that that is how she would handle that situation. She knew she was getting fired so she beat them to the punch. Just absolutely toxic no help no real desire to make us want to be there. I think she tried to be nice towards the end, but it was so fake and in genuine that you couldn’t possibly take it seriously and then she catered to the one employee that caused more problems than she did. Once they get the negativity out, the rest of the team is great and if they get quality management and start paying people more than less wage they pay for the selfish expectation they expect it could be a decent place to work.
