Pros
WiFi-soft Solutions is very Good platform for the fresher’s, CEO was very helpful to me and fear went away when I started working with them. Also work culture is very good and pressure is very less on employees for the performance. The best thing working here is you will get a lot of exposure on Linux over here though networking don’t run at core here. Organization is really growing well and i wish the success for the future.
Cons
Down sides, I can say the promises they made to the employees. If any employees is not getting good work for some days, they will find that employees was not valuable for the organization for that period and they will state in front of you at the time of your appraisal.
