I have never worked somewhere in my life that withheld raises from its staff based on “performance” when the performance that is asked of each of us is wildly inconsistent. We are not given the tools to succeed. In fact we are often set up to fail so that upper managements failures fall onto us, the little people. It’s easier to point fingers at the people who make less than you. Even when you bring these concerns to other departments, it is covered up by those who are taught to do so. We do not help the community, we call people to make money back for insurance companies so they can charge state programming. It’s disingenuous and they are aware but hire uneducated people who aren’t able to advocate for their rights. There is absolutely no room for growth either.
