Good team working Management do listen if approached calmly and with sensible proposals - Some of the latter having been implemented to a reasonable degree.

I do not feel that there are any specific cons as working for this company is like any other i.e., there are expected targets to be met, there are challenges, and there can be some stressful times where deadlines require meeting. I feel that some comments that have been raised about the company and owners are harsh and uncalled for when most recently they've sadly been from disgruntled ex employees.

Even the dog can use the shredder! Working here is great, bad reviews are an insult to people who have been here for many decades.

None, people should be grateful for steady employment.
