      Employees were well looked after and respected. A collaborative environment where all voices were heard, and professional development was tended to for all in the office.

      Cons

      Bigger accounts meant fewer clients to work on, so the small teams tended to focus on a single client.

      Pros

      Great clients - who trust Whippet and buy into the work and the team. A great atmosphere - everyone supports each other. The quality of work is outstanding (and award-winning). Working hours are also better than most places I've worked at.

      Cons

      Clarity of company objectives needs improving.
