Lower than industry pay, lack of upward movement

It’s a paycheck. Some kids are fun to teach. Theater program is wonderful.

There is very little opportunity for growth that does not involve immeasurably more responsibility and hours. Healthcare plan sucks. Cushy job if you know someone who’s someone at the school.
