Cons
Wexford of Indiana is the worst corporation I have worked for in my professional life. The regional Psychologists very clearly are only interested in covering their own inexperience and general ineptitude by blaming their failings on those below them. I have worked for this facility for 5 years and from the beginning we have explained that staffing is insufficient to meet the needs/demands of the population. We have even gone so far as to write down the breakdown of hours and minutes spent on each task. Totals show that we need 3 times the amount of staff. Instead the Regional Psychologists turn a blind eye to this, while increasing demands for even more paperwork. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APPLY TO WEXFORD OF INDIANA.
