      Pros

      Really great way to start off as a young person, building confidence, organisation and interpersonal skills. Flexible working hours when requested, good comradery amongst staff. Private pension, with chance of bonus.

      Cons

      Long hours, can be quite tiring. Wage isnt very competitive at base level, didn't progress much. Customers are a nightmare.
