      The business has a toxic culture where bullying is permitted and perpetrators actions are not addressed - this is an issue that goes across the business and up to the top. Poor and weak leadership compounds this issue as senior management are unwilling or unable to effectively address this issue.

      Pros

      Nice company to work for with some good people however there are a few that have worked there a very long time.

      Cons

      Stuck in their way and are reluctant to change. The company was founded in 1880 and some of their ideas and practices are still in that era

      Great to work in a company that still has the family feel. Friendly, big but not too big, teams are close-knit.

      Cons

      Internal comms aren't always shared with all team members (not all staff have email). Pay could be better.
