Favoritism is rampant — advancement and opportunities often depend more on who you know than on performance or merit.
Culture is toxic: high turnover, low morale, and constant burnout.
Random drug testing is used as a punitive tool. If you use marijuana, medically or recreationally, you will be presumed to be under the influence at work and risk termination, regardless of state laws or a valid prescription. This was not in the handbook when I was hired on.
Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued contributors.
