Pros

The hybrid work schedule is nice for the time being. PTO would be better if you could take it.

Cons

Lack of training and continuous turnover is inconvenient. Once you do train people, they get rid of them. The environment is not for advancement unless you know somebody.

Pros

Exposure to large-scale events like WVC with thousands of attendees. A few colleagues were genuinely talented and supportive despite the environment. Learned valuable lessons about what red flags to avoid in future employers.

Cons

Promises of growth and development are made but rarely fulfilled. Employee input is routinely dismissed, and hard work goes unrecognized. Favoritism is rampant — advancement and opportunities often depend more on who you know than on performance or merit. Culture is toxic: high turnover, low morale, and constant burnout. Random drug testing is used as a punitive tool. If you use marijuana, medically or recreationally, you will be presumed to be under the influence at work and risk termination, regardless of state laws or a valid prescription. This was not in the handbook when I was hired on. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued contributors.
