      Flexible, empowering, innovative, industry leaders. A rapidly growing industry with strong future proofing properties so a good career prospect. You'll work with some of the worlds biggest companies to innovate digital care for large groups of people. Great to get out of bed knowing that.

      Cons

      Fast paced, small team, management can travel extensively so can be days/weeks without office presence but that has all changed with COVID-19.

      Pros

      All staff including senior management is highly respectful and takes employees concerns seriously. A strong sense that everyone is on the same team and motivated to accomplish a shared goal.

      Cons

      The product development process was improving but the production rhythm was a bit slow, getting held back by tech debt.
