Cons
- Small team size could result in you being the sole person in the office that day. While this was fine for me, it may not be everyone's' cup of tea.
- Some of the desks in the office are rented out to other companies, occasionally they may be loud and distracting. This can be negated with headphones.
- Occasionally, the cooking smells from the kitchen can drift into the office.
