Pros
Solid benefits and perks, cash Bonus program seems to pay out consistently from what I have seen and heard. overall leadership seems solid and competent. onsite fitness center is best onsite I've seen includes personal trainers, massage, sauna, classes, +1 for spouse or 18+ family member.
Cons
Wellmark as a Service (WaaS) doesn't seem to know if it's coming or going. Early in the Agile/Scrum journey with no real direction or north star. every team is doing something different which means external teams don't understand what's going on meaning constant request for updates, shifting priority, and changing requirements. All IT teams are very siloed and don't communicate or identify dependencies. WaaS leadership is weak, no metrics or KPIs (how would anyway since everyone does whatever) and when a directive is given members openly don't follow it.
