Pros
Wellhart is a new locum tenens staffing agency (which means they place healthcare providers on temporary contract assignments). The market is HUGE and there is tremendous demand for locum tenen providers. There is a shortage of providers across the country so most facilities are needing to use locums at one time or another. With Wellhart being a new locum agency almost all the facilities and locum providers out there are not already taken by other account managers and recruiters in the company so there is tons of opportunity and money to be made here. The harder you work the more money you will make. It's not for everyone and requires a strong work ethic but if you put the effort in and hit the phones the earning potential is unlimited.
Cons
As a recruiter its hard to think of a negative with all the new locum job openings to fill that come in each day.
