      Pros

      Nice people. Opportunities to get involved in different types of work. Occasional down periods are nice.

      Cons

      Promotion pathway/timeline unclear and inconsistent. Still a contact center so keep in mind the associated cons but not even close to my worst experience.

      Company is great - a lot of smart people work there. Company culture is laid back. Had a good time working there.

      The people were great, and quite helpful if I needed anything.

      Cons

      My internship was rather vague, with little guidance or tasks to do. Everyone was so busy that there was little time to teach me anything.
