Fitness Coach - Anonymous employee Welcyon Employee Review

I've been working part-time at a Welcyon Gym for about 6 months and it's been a very good experience. Good bosses and good co-workers. And the members of the gym are great. I was surprised when I got the job because most gyms are unlikely to hire someone about to turn 60.

The software and paperwork used often inhibits productivity. These procedures really need an upgrade. And, of course, I wish the pay were higher and there were more opportunities for advancement but for a part-time job I can't complain.
