Pros
Laid back atmosphere. Most people in Sales are friendly and down-to-earth. There's no office drama, which is nice. Everyone gets along for the most part. Work doesn't follow you home. Once you leave, you're down. It's very much a punch-in, punch-out type of place, which works really well if you're a student or have a lot going on in your personal life.
Cons
Limited growth here. There's not really anything they can offer any positions between manager and the bottom tier, so there's nowhere for people to go. The computer database is really old too, DOS based system. The insurance is 50-50, you pay half and the company pays half. Something is better than nothing, but for a company based in Santa Monica, this is pretty poor.
