5yHello former employee. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to see you enjoyed some elements of working at Weir but it was disappointing to hear that you didn’t experience that connection with your team that we all strive to achieve. Whilst this feedback doesn’t reflect what we see in our wider organisation, where we consistently get positive feedback on team spirit and employee engagement, we do know there is always room to do better. We are committed to ongoing feedback and dialogue with our employees (e.g. via Townhall sessions, regular global surveys, AskJon and other communication channels) to ensure we know what we do well but also, to identify the areas we need to do better in. We want all Weir employees to be inspired to do the best work of their lives and when we hear otherwise, we want to take action to make positive changes. We have shared your feedback with management so we can look to understand how we can make improvements. Thank you.
