      Good benefit. Family business. That is all I can think of. Can be nice to work at if they can fire some psycho people in the management.

      Cons

      Do not join. Very political till cripple the business. Repeat: do not join!!!. Just a waste of time. Bleak outlook.

      I get to work remote so that is a great perk. They are in growth mode and willing to invest in systems and tools.

      Cons

      The company is growing and has some product gaps to be filled.
