      Pros

      I have worked around 1 year and i can say that there is no pros*. If you are planning to join here so i suggest you to not to joined the company. You will get nothing here except salary which is credited by 10th of every month and sometime by 11th or 12th. Based on client collection.

      Cons

      No work life balance No increment No holiday No HR in Company After joining you will not get your appointment letter. You have to struggle for your hard earned money No management Director never respond to your query/call/mail you will not get reliving letter/experience letter/FNF after resignation.

      Balanced workload Good for freshers

      Cons

      Untimely, No Work life balance, Very less planned leaves and Festival leaves, no work on betterment of employees, no bonuses and sometimes senseless works.
