The number of fake reviews here are amazing by the way. The company seems to be a frustrating and challenging place to work in. The CEO's stubbornness and refusal to admit mistakes make it difficult to address issues within the company. There are a lack of processes in place to address these problems exacerbates the issue. The CEO talks without action and focuses on winning for himself at the expense of everyone else in the company or their partners. ominous smile and laughter are the vibes. The typical boss mindset of only wanting to hear positive things and ignoring the negative feedback is stifling progress and innovation within the company. These factors can make it challenging to work in such an environment, and employee morale suffers as a result, thus explaining the high turnover rate. Everyone is a tool to him. No vision for the company. The company lacks capable and experienced leader and developers. There is a lack of effective leadership and organizational structure within the company.
