Pros

none. The whole experience was about an upcoming interview.

Cons

They reached out to me after I applied in a customer service position asking me when I'd be available for an interview. I replied, got no answer. Sent another email a week later, no answer. Emailed the company as I started feeling stupid, got no answer. Emailed the company a second time, suddenly I received an email (3 weeks later) from the same recruiter that reached out to me the first time asking me to talk tomorrow (?). I replied to her asking to change at least the time, got to answer. Another recruiter reached out to me to ask if I'm available for an interview (much kinder I have to say) but nonetheless that took 1 month talking back and forth and honestly I lost every respect for the company.
