      Pros

      Always has work to do and options to get overtime. Good benefits with 401k. Great coworkers at the Feed Mill.

      Cons

      Some supervisors have favorites and dont apply the rules to all employees. Very team oriented in different departments. So if one department messes up they will put the blame on another department instead of fixing the problem. Its a never ending cycle. Made more money on hourly. Drivers are all on load pay.

      Competitive pay, opportunity for growth

      Cons

      It's either too cold or too hot, it stinks, nonsensical company policies, if you work nights it becomes a part-time job in the for about 6 month out of the year making 30 hrs a week or less.
