First off, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but I will be professional and not discuss the reasons things did not work out with us for you on Glassdoor. You know writing this bad review was uncalled for and you are just trying to hurt the business. I have worked for "her" for over a year now and she has never lied to me or to other employees. She is straight up honest and tells you the truth. Second, I do not know how the business is a scheme ... We get paid ... Hourly .. way above minimum wage .. plus have the potential to make way over our guaranteed hourly rate. We aren't lying to people or selling junk .. so again I am lost as to why you say it's a scheme. We are located inside one retailer for the day, helping customers and promoting the clients, pretty straight forward. You knew what your beginning pay was before you took the job and you knew what it entailed. No one is required to be with us after hours or 24/8 as you put it. We can't help that we enjoy each others company and choose to spend time together outside of work, don't know how that's a bad thing. You were not with us very long , the issues with the checks was due to hiring a new company to do the payroll. Everything has been straighten out for awhile now. Again I'm sorry things did not work out for you here we do wish you the best on your future career choices.
