      Flexible job and operations. Friendly and knowledgeable co-workers. Excellent office spaces. Salary is reasonable.

      Cons

      The new CEO has brought in a toxic workplace culture. He has demoralized all the staff who were happy to come to work. Everything revolves around his motives and requires his approval to proceed. This is micromanagement at its finest. There is a constant turnover of employees which shows how bad things are here. They struggle to hire new people.
