Generous benefit package in general - low insurance premiums, low deductible, flexible time off. Great mission and culture. Small organization with a huge reach. Supportive of work/life balance.
Cons
No parental leave policy - WRF is exempt from FMLA. Organization is flat (because it's small) so not a lot of opportunities for growth or advancement.
