Place is like a high school - Swing Driver Waste Connections Employee Review

Place is like a high school, employees talk about other employees all the time. People get on the radio and harass others (what I found was only the Hispanics were getting this harassment) when they a trying to tell the dispatcher something work related. Employees will use anything you say and take it to management if it will benefit themselves. Be warned this is one of those places at least in Wichita, Ks where if you are decent enough to give notice of leaving they just tell you to leave them and there. Pay is not that great for the job and they talked up their benefits when in reality they are not that great for the cost.
