Pros

Co-workers are friendly and the best part. PTO plan is the only great benefit. They will promote within, however they do this because they can’t afford current salaries rates for people with experience. If you are starting out in your career looking for experience, start here and move on.

Cons

Current Senior leadership is clueless and only care about improving their own careers and salaries. President needs to come out of his office and see how his family’s company was founded by hard work, not just given to you. CFO has his own agenda and removes associates who are not in his click. Raises and promotions are small, but you will gain some experience. H/R Dept. is a joke. H/R Management treats the work place like High School and worries too much about what goes on in their hometown which they never left.
