Transparent communication from top leadership and a core value throughout the company. I like the ability to influence change as all the decision makers are in the building. I don't feel like just another cog in the corporate behemoth.

Recruiting has been tough in the past few months and its not from lack of effort by management.
I love the people and the openness of the new office; it has 30' ceilings and lots of natural light. The ability to set my hours and WFH days is a plus.

I can't say that I have a lot of cons but they make me put something.
