Cons
They hate diversity. More than 95% of workers in Stillwater location are scared to smile, in fact they hate smiling. All star cast of WHITE people. Seriously, there are less than 5 people of color in the entire first, second and third floors. That's more than 250 employees. I know for sure, fourth, and fifth floors do not have a single person of color. As a person of color, its scary to work there, people will go out of their way to make sure you know you DO NOT BELONG! When you go out to lunch, locals will look at you, and keep looking as if they've never seen a person of color. I will look at this as a blemish with ZERO benefits or experience under my belt. I'm so very happy to have quit this place and as a result have burned this bridge.
