Pros
There seems to be more than enough people employed at Warwick though I'm not sure all are needed. It has a Law office type of feel where there are teams of 3 PM's organized around two admins per team and sharing or talking shop from one team to another is frowned upon. Turns out the head of the construction department is a lawyer by trade so it added up. Lots of legends there and a high amount of turnover. The owner didn't seem as involved as I would have thought and maybe that has something to do with the turn over.
Cons
The culture in general. Lots of artificial "we're on the same team" type of behaviour but I was left with the impression most wanted to get to know others just well enough to put the knife in the right spot. Turnover seems to be a strong suit as prior to working there I noticed a pattern and shortly after leaving myself others left as well.
