At the time, they had more money than they knew what to do with. This allowed for the illusion of creative freedom, which can be fun if you're into that sort of thing. No organization, no cohesion, just a group of talented people forced to make & enjoy garbage.
Cons
Typical Pump & Dump - hyping cheap products via bloated social media influencer accounts, creating crap, then moving onto the next hot ticket item.
Regarding workload, I experienced 8 hours of digital meetings every day, then the expectation that I'd do personal work in my free time.
They could have paid me double and it still wouldn't have been enough.
