      Supervisor is flexible and approachable.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:6 days and 1:7 nights. When patient acuity is high, this feels unsafe.

      Horrible management. You cannot go to higher ups as they’re all buddies.
