Poorly managed facility - Anonymous employee Warren General Hospital Employee Review

There isn’t consistent census to support the majority of the departments. Management is not supportive of continuing education and will not accommodate education commitments. From a structural stand point, there is constantly flooding, boiler issues, and equipment malfunction. The medical surgical nurses are not managed nor are they properly trained. Nurses are forced to belong to a union that does nothing for their career and presents more complications.
