Great company values and culture, with a focuses on sustainability, workplace strategy, employee health & fitness, mentoring programs, and professional growth. I have worked with this team for over three years now, and have had the opportunity to work with multiple teams, and very diverse projects. From corporate accounts, to landlord contracts, retail spaces, lab spaces, and custom tech office spaces. We also work in manufacturing, civil engineering & design, hospitality, and medical. Our local management team works together to share work load and balance project loads. The company has international offices with a constantly growing headcount, providing support and backup as needed, but still maintains a small boutique like office experience.
Cons
As typical in our industry, sometimes deadlines do require late nights, but I have experienced this in other firms, and hear the same comments from others in our industry. The SF office, due to its small size does need to rely on the other offices in our region for assistance. Having a bigger staff would help with this.
