Pros

Wardour has been very flexible with my childcare needs, and was very understanding when I had to delay my return from maternity leave. Everyone is always asked for their opinions on all sorts of things - these opinions are always listened to and often things are implemented as a result. For example following feedback, desktops have been replaced with laptops for some teams.

Cons

The nature of Wardour being an agency means that workload can at times be heavy and unpredictable, but there is always support in place.

Pros

Wardour has always been a nice place to work, with friendly, collaborative and talented people. The work is very varied, too. As a member of the Content team, you could find yourself working on the script for an animation, writing a 1,500-word online article, editing an annual report, working with a designer on an infographic, asking the questions on a video shoot, advising clients on social media strategy... The range is almost endless, and changing all the time as the world of media evolves. It's a good place to broaden your experience and learn new things.

Cons

As with any agency, the clients can be irritating - providing vague briefs that have to be met in unrealistic timescales, and then failing to feed back in a timely enough fashion. In a relatively small agency, this can make for a stressful working life at times, as projects and deadlines collide.
