Vice President is nice and try to empathize with things to balance out other negative vibes.

Fixed time to come in and out. 40 mins lunch on a fixed schedule.
Well off family owned business, therefore holding money very tightly.
Employees wear different hats which leads to overwork with no promotions.
Bad and limited employee benefits.
Vacation policy is terrible and the second tier is reached after several years.
Calculative management.
Multiple "bosses" with different opinions and orders.
Terrible below market salary or wage.
Very rarely bonus is given and once in a blue moon for salary increase, if so few hundreds.
No mentoring, limited departments and no growth.
Overpriced products on their catalogs.
99% chance to develop Post traumatic stress disorder.
Strange principles and working ethics.
Terrible working environment.
No laid back culture or even a company culture
Management does not encourage growth and leadership but exercise a dictatorship and demands.
Terrible business trips and overwork where the president will just discourage employees instead of motivating and cheering to perform.
No commission or performance bonus to employees.
No work-life balance. Companies does not create activities and engage teams to share time in extracurricular activities.
ZERO personal development or team building activities.
System is super obsolete with almost no back up.
No system or tools to facilitate and save time.
Needs to implement a system to help and create leads.
No marketing investment that will help to boost sales.
Very rudimentary and antique fashion to operate.
No cellphone policy.
Weird companies structure.
Doble standard: Employees cannot, but management (owners) can.

Summary: bad benefits, terrible pay, no growth, bad management and leadership. Company does not invest in employee to get more return and income.
