      Pros

      Free food/coffee if you live in Milwaukee, good for an out of high school job or if you’re not dependent on your own income

      Cons

      Starting rate is lower than at stitch fix, always in a testing period so it’s very difficult to move up, managers don’t actually want to solve problems as much as shut you up about them, and HR doesn’t really care to support most issues stylists go through, although they’ll say otherwise

      Advanced systems and equipment. AI assisted tools are used to make work faster and more efficient.

      Cons

      Even with advanced equipment and tools making tasks easier, the real nightmare is the people here. Co workers can be extremely uncooperative, arrogant, and outright rude. The work atmosphere feels constantly hostile, and getting anything finished on time becomes exhausting because these people are unbelievably stressful to work with!!
