Business outlook
Pros
Great company that cares for the employees. Doesn’t put the stock price and Financials first, although they definitely matter. I have a very positive outlook for the future and how I can contribute to the company success.
Cons
Training is lacking. It can be a challenge to hit the ground running without knowing if the company systems and expectations. Training is largely a “figure it out as you go” scenario.
