Pros

You don't have to work weekends - Monday -Friday hours.

Cons

Unorganized, do not value employees, policies & procedures unclear, manager cannot make a decision on her own. Many HR flaws and lawsuits waiting to happen. Pay is horrible, when filling out time card you do not put your actual hours worked, and if you do it is sent back to you to put the hours you are told to put in. Was told if you have over-time you can comp it that week. Many times I had over-time that was not fairly comp to me. I have been in banking for 20 years, and this was the strangest place I have ever worked. I can go on-and-on, but my advice is simple...RUN the opposite direction and seek other employment! I had 3 other job offers on the table when I took this job, total regret! I have 20 years of lending experience, and was told they did not have any openings for lending, but really wanted to utilize my management experience. I took the job thinking ok I will move into lending. My first day on the job I was informed that I could not take another position for 1 year. The worst career move of my life! I have moved on to a higher paying job with a reputable financial institution as a Branch Manager doing what I love...selling and lending!

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
