Pros
Very smart and driven leaders keep the company moving forward in an environment where the ability to innovate is otherwise relatively limited. With so much intellectual capital, all other employees have plenty of opportunity to deliver high quality results to WTW's clients. The company has also evolved its approach to flexible work environment given more employees the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
Cons
As opportunities to increase revenue has been limited, the compensation and benefits packages, and opportunities for advancement, don't seem to have kept up with employee performance. As a result many talented people have moved on to corporate jobs instead. WTW's transition to an open work environment (i.e., no offices) is representative of its attempt to save money and evolve, but without enough consideration of the type of worker it alienates.
