Looks like they finally fired some of the right people for once. Even random feckless cuts eventually strike true, I guess. I thought the new CEO was going to be brilliant. Unfortunately the CGO is confidently ignorant and holds inexplicable sway over her. Good CFO. Duplicitous and underhanded, though capable CAO. CIO has no real practical knowledge. CGO is an idiot. Wendy, your inability to discern quality in your people is going to kill any strategy you have. You've created a culture of fear, and it just won't work to drive the transformation you need to affect.
Cons
They fired or lost all the brilliant, curious, inventive or audacious people a couple years ago. They kept all the malicious, incompetent idiots who insist on forms being filled out in triplicate to use the bathroom.
