Pros
Depending on who you work for, WPS can be very flexible with your schedule. If you're good at what you do and you know how to convey it to the business, you can do very well. Demonstrate your worth and you will have job security.
Cons
Communication between different areas is lacking. Coordination of efforts becomes difficult without knowledgeable leadership, both at the PM and management level. Salary is often overly conservative, which means you must negotiate to achieve results.
