      WPM is huge on employee relations. Not to many companies care about the ones that are helping keep their company running. WPM focuses on their employees, how to make them better, and making sure they have exactly what they need to perform their best.

      Cons

      Being in the midst of a property sale is nerve racking, but it comes with the business.

      Pros

      Residents are super friendly and understanding that there is no help for maintenance

      Cons

      management only cares about how to charge more money to the residents and not the upkeep of the building or the "luxury" they are selling.
