Need to stretch working hours now and then, (personally I don't feel as cons because you won't learn or grow in market if you don't sacrifice, but need to manage Work life balance).

Very few to name. The pay will seem attractive, but they will ask u to work 4 person's work.

- Too much workload, they pay good but will ask you to the job of 4 peoples. - BIM is not flexible. - Mostly contracted BIM guys. - You have to work 7 days from 8 to 12 o clock. Even then u won't be able to finish the work assigned. - Racist environment. Asians are not allowed to grow.
