Pros

None that I can truthfully give.

Cons

If you like the good old boys club atmosphere, Wiserg is the place for you. All you need to do in order to keep not being laid off, is to go drinking and play cards with the main investor, and you are in. This main investor will eliminate experienced and qualified people so he can keep his favorite social group and all the while putting out the lame excuse he has to get rid of people because he has to change the business model. The CEO is so weak he let's this main investor strip the company of dedicated, experienced, and well meaning personnel, and let's him keep his favorite Microsoft group and his personal social group of drinkers and card players. Stay away from this company. They are not fair. They are secretive and sneaky.

Pros

The people are great. It's a small company so the working environment is highly intimate and collaborative, and their overall concept was fascinating to work with.

Cons

The smell.. Oh the smell... You will become immune to it within a week or two, but the people you live with will begin to despise you.

Pros

I have seen the company grow as an employee from less then 20 to now over 80 people. Having been in several small companies previously, the team is doing well given the rapid growth and moving into multiple new regions. The leadership is investing heavily in managers and putting better systems in place for education and benefits. They have a good sense of the org's pulse. Once issues get raised, they do get addressed - not always as fast as we'd want but there is usually a good explanation for not acting or necessary delays. The entire leadership team is approachable and willing to consider input.

Cons

The fast growth has been difficult given all the new faces and separation/specialization of roles. In parallel, there are lots of new systems/processes that are now in place (versus the good old days of just making stuff happen). If you are strictly a start up junkie, Wiserg is clearly now beyond that flexible freedom.
