Overtime if wanted Easy to request off Great management (at least in my office, can't speak for all offices) Travel Pay is decent Opportunity to move up, just takes some time if a position is not currently open
Cons
Some very early mornings (like 3am early. Not all the time though) Not everyone wants to put in the same effort so can make days difficult sometimes Difficult to get raises if you have a small team Equipment has pretty frequent issues
