Pros
Mid-level managers are smart, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Employees have a strong sense of customer service and dedication to their jobs. Telecommuting and flexible schedule.
Cons
Executive leadership are disrespectful to each other and to employees, and lack an understanding of the competition and the healthcare industry needs. Expectation for growth when employees are already overloaded with work. CEO is out of touch with the industry, the work, and the employees. Technology and resources to help efficiency and productivity are seriously lacking.
